During the real estate downturn, it was clear to me that a major market sector was missing in Downtown San Diego; and it was soon to become highly desired, sustainable and profitable. I began creating the proforma, seeking out possible site and investigating financing opportunities. Within six months, all three were accomplished and so started Villa Cusma.
